Shelly makes her clients feel at ease, even for seven year-olds who don’t brush their teeth quite as well as they should. She is very gentle and explains what she’s going to do and what it will feel like before she begins. I wish she had been my dentist when I was a child. The sparkling new surgery is an added bonus too!

The team here are so amazing. Everytime I have been to the dentist before MS, it has been really hard work. I have dental issues from a lack of money , and care taken when j was child, and most dentists have been rude to me. The dentists here are so kind, considerate, and fair. While of course, like all dentists it costs money, they are reasonable and try to tell you most costs inadvance so you can save up between appointments. Most importantly, the care they show, particularly Hana and Frances, is amazing- definitely a great place to go for someone who is apprehensive, and hasn't been in a while, or is just plain scared. Great work guys.

Shelly has been my dentist for 10 years and she's professional, efficient and highly capable. The new practice is clean and fresh, the technology she has in place allows for thoroughness in the job. Mason Square Dental is the new premises for the practice that used to be Moore Street Dental Moonee Ponds. I have had no worries about getting the correct dental care and dental advice firstly with Peter for 35 years at Moore St until he recently retired and also with Shelley who is now the Practice Principal at Mason. I believe the other dentists are also very good. My natural teeth are important to me and I am happy they are still going strong thanks to Peter and now Shelley. I have always appreciated the integrity of the Moore St practice, it's dentists and it's wonderful reception staff(s) which I now see carried over into the Mason Practice in lovely new and modern renovated premises.

I can highly recommend Dr James Rich. He is extremely professional, caring, delivers excellent pain free treatment and explains everything to you in detail. For someone who has had a phobia about dental visits, James puts me completely at ease, and he also likes a joke and a laugh. Apparently he cooks, so he's a star at home as well as at the surgery!

Shelly and the staff at Mason square are a highly functioning team. They strike a great balance between professional and friendly. The recent changes with automatic reminders about upcoming appointments and moving to the new swish practice have been icing on the cake. Can’t recommend highly enough

The dentist has never been something I look forward to however James Rich and his assistant has always made me feel very welcome when I am in his chair. I have been seeing him for many years and he has always shared his knowledge with me and educated me on what is going to be the best outcome for me and my teeth. The experience is extremely gentle and James and his assistant make me feel comfortable. We always have a great chat and I feel very grateful knowing they are looking after my teeth! I would highly recommend this practice.
