I have never had a worse experience with another realtor. Me and my partner were polite and tried to have a good relationship with them but after issues time and time again due to clerical errors, miscommunication or non-communication and feeling like a sub-human after dealing with them sometimes we had given up. It started even before we had signed paperwork. They had made an error" in advertising the price and added $5 to our rent per week. Then somewhere down the track they added another $5 after we HAD signed the paperwork and were preparing to move in! "If we didn't like it we could just not proceed". The house was dirty when we arrived and we spend the first week cleaning to a respectable standard. When we moved out we did the bond clean and it was infinitely better than when we moved in but they charged us $200 to dust the sills since it had been unoccupied for two weeks before they found someone to move in. We left the placed feeling used and tossed aside. Never again."

Will not suggested any1 to go to this real estate as have had bad problems with the property manger.. will never tell any1 to go to them....

Unprofessional and no duty of care for their tenants. Emails not being followed up for maintenance on rental property. There is no communication between the staff. We have lived in the house for 2 years without any problems and then we got hit with a breach because apparently we had too many pets on the property but yet they knew about all of them. Maintaining the house was the worst I have ever seen. It took for ever for them to fix the guttering and they still haven't fixed the problems that we have told them about. My partner and I sat all through summer with no air conditioner considering it was on the entry report that it was broken. Worst real estate I have dealt with.

Only giving them one star as it’s the minimum.DON’T rent with these crooks, they are dishonest and rude. Multiple breaches of the tenancy agreement from their end and have zero understanding of how the RTA works. Fortunately they were so lacking in providing correct paperwork that they cannot withhold bond for any reason at all.Avoid them as property managers at all costs, they will try their hardest to screw you, and when you’re in the right they will aggressively yell down the phone like a child having a tantrum.The staff are dishonest and hopeless I’m surprised the RTA hasn’t cancelled their licenses (yet).

These people are absolute scumbags. Do not associate with them in anyway.

As a landlord I need to ensure my properties are working to the absolute max they can. Darren the owner, I feel is very experienced in understanding the rental market and understanding what our properties have to offer. He was able to achieve a result $70/week higher then what another local real estat appraisal came in at. As a landlord I need to know my property manager is experienced in all aspects of property management as well as treat my tenants like family.
