I recently purchased an outdoor coffee table from Coco Republic, and my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. The table I received was not only defective but also started developing numerous cracks, some as large as 1cm, and the surface was lifting.As an outdoor coffee table, it should have been able to withstand the elements and provide durability. However, the poor quality of this table became evident soon after I started using it. The cracks and lifting surface are clear indicators of subpar materials and craftsmanship. This level of defectiveness is unacceptable, especially considering the price and the brand reputation of Coco Republic.Adding to my frustration is the lack of customer service I encountered when I reached out to address the issue. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, they failed to response to my emails or phone calls or even acknowledge my concerns. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.Given the seriousness of the issue, I have filed a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to seek appropriate resolution and hold Coco Republic accountable for their defective product.Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any furniture from Coco Republic. Their failure to deliver a quality outdoor coffee table, coupled with their poor customer service, demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and expectations.I am extremely dissatisfied with Coco Republic, and I will make it a point to share my negative experience with others, warning them about the low quality and inadequate customer support they can expect from this company. Please consider exploring alternative options for your furniture needs to avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have encountered.

The item we purchased was damaged during delivery and the call centre staff refuse to help. We called many times, and every time we call, we are promised a call back which never happened. It’s been more than a month, and still we are left with a damaged marble table at our place and thousands of dollars out of pocket.

Absolutely terrible customer service... had me take a leave to pick up an item, but it was not ready. Had to go there again two days later, but it was not ready again! Staff were rude and simply didn't care.

I enquired about a dining table and sadly it had been sold. Layal promised to let me know when another one came in. She rang to let know one was available and she couldn’t be more helpful. Fantastic customer service. It was good old fashioned customer service which is rare these days. Thank you

Poor customer service. Purchased products weren't packaged properly. Damaged by the courier and coco republic refuses to help. Their call centre staff were very rude and not understanding of the situation.
