Telstra Chirnside Park

Was promised a fantastic service for my area, what a croc... it's worse than my previous telco. Was a waste of money .. paid 12months in advance. Can't stand liarsPull your socks up, yes I will accept a refund + a free 6 months as a token of good faith...

Cannot say enough about the service I received from Chloe at the door at the Chirnside Telstra store. Very respectful and helpful in explaining what I needed to do. Really appreciated her time in helping me. Telstra are lucky to have Chloe, she is an asset to the store and your company.

Two weeks ago I went to telstra shop to sign up And got serviced by a lovely young lady name Sarah who did a fantastic job for me.then I went back yesterday and got a new phone from Ben who service me and did a fantastic job also and went back today to get Ben to show me something . Ben and Sarah did one hell of a job for I am very happy with their service thank you

Completely agree with previous reviews regarding the disgusting customer service from the “floor manager”. She was completely dismissive, not helpful at all to the point of sarcasm and talking down to us. This experience happened to us not not just once but twice. We went where we felt more welcome and in turn this experience has lost Telstra a long time customer. I will also be contacting Telstra to issue a formal complaint.

The customer service ppl at this store look unkempt & quite frankly, like they haven’t showered. They also ignore you & then when they do finally speak to you they tell you they can’t see you for another 2-3hr or come back another day.It’s pretty clear….THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESSGive this place a miss

Wish I could give a minus. Worst service ever received on Friday night. Short staffed is no excuse for being rude! My Telstra accounts are now cancelled. Looking forwardto being a new Optus customer. Totally love their service.

The girl I saw (chloe) was not only rude and unhelpful it also left me wondering why we run all our services through Telstra I was refused access to my accounts even though my name was on it,unable to go any further without my wife being present I had to chase her down and return to the store.When I returned Chloe was serving someone else who left shortly after almost in tears saying that Chloe had been terribly rude to her. My wife suggested to her to make a complaint as we would be. Chloe then assisted my wife with our query, and explained in more detail why she couldn't talk to me, which she never did to me, and swiftly had another girl who had just finished up with someone else, come over and help. this next girl was helpful and told us she has been having the same privacy problem with other customers and apologised for how we were treated. I would strongly suggest that Telstra look into Chloe's conduct and check on the other staff at the store as it was clear she has no respect for them either.

The owner can get details from Telstra complaint 59195206. Telstra is transitioning to some sort of new platform which Chirnside staff dont understand. Their attempts to connect me 1. Corrupted my account information so badly that I had to uninstall and re-install app, 2. Charged my credit card a $1 each time they failed (and telstra refuses to reverse this). 3. Made such a mess that I spent about 10 hours on chat over 3 days before it got fixed. I had an appointment but chat advised me not to bother going.

One of the worst experiences I've had with Telstra. We had 3 appointments in store and each time they have told us to do something different. The 3rd time we waited 45 minutes before we were seen even though we made a booking, then we spent over an hour with a staff member and the issue still wasn't resolved despite being told 'all you have to do is fill out these forms' from the last appointment. Extremely frustrating, poor service and it's clear that staff need more training.
