I couldn't recommend the team at Belle Drummoyne any higher. They have been extremely courteous, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire sales process. Antonio was excellent in his professionalism during my property purchase. Sevil was outstanding as a rental property consultant and handled the entire process of finding a tenant and ensuring I was properly covered.

This agent bully tenants and abuse their power in order to refuse to return bonds. I gonna report this agent to fair trading.1. They state your property is overall dirty even you did professional clean. No photos provided. “Overall” is unprofessional, irresponsible, and arrogant word when you come to give feedback.2. They state your rubbish bin is full of rubbish even that not true. No photos provided.3. They demand you to do professional clean again even you did otherwise they threaten you they will hold your bonds.4. They provided unprofessional, zero supports for your rental, they left broken tap forever and not willing to fix. And keep saying they gonna find someone to fix.They made obscure, harsh statements to your efforts. This issue has been reported.Just wanna more people who are still looking for renting to be aware of this agent, DO NOT rent any property from them!
