Talk about bad service two people in the service department couldn't make any sense of the cover I needed replaced under warranty told it would take six weeks and you don't really need it so I asked for the supplier who happens to be in Adelaide brought my own part shame on you jayco

Staff and Service is A1, friendly people very helpful and happy to help with all repairs. Had our fridge repaired that had been malfunction since new and they were able to do the job in 2 days

When we picked up our new Wren Camping Trailer, the handover consultant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly, the fridge door was already damaged and we were amazed why the fridge door was not replaced BEFORE the handover. It means we have to waste our time on making phone calls and driving to get the door replaced. We also found that however installed the awnings did a fairly rough job with the silicon.It is easy to provide a an excellent customer service but it seems Jayco.Whilst we feel that Jayco Adelaide tries it's best to provide a good service, they seem to be slowed by the Jayco people in Melbourne.There Jayco people in Melbourne seem to be living in the 19th century and ignore environmental concerns about outdated gas guzzling 3 way fridges.

We had a silverline 2022. The bed that moves in and out had come off the tracks. We were desperate as this is our home for 5 years. They were booked until July 2023, however Kelvin asked us if we could come in and they would access. He said they couldn't promise anything but would talk to the manager. We took it in on Tuesday they looked it over and fixed it for us asap. It wasn't a small job had to remove the whole bed to complete works. We were so impressed with the help we recieve. They made it happen and yet they were so busy. THANK YOU JAYCO ADELAIDE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE REPAIR ON OUR VAN. ALL THOSE THAT HELPED. EXPECIALLY KELVIN YOU ARE A TRUE LEGENDS.

Mum paid over$50,000 for a camper van. 2018 Toyota. At purchase I commented on service, condition and they said they take care of us. They didn't. When I ring them I get cut off ( 8 time) the parts they sell don't fit, they say I need to modify the parts? I explain it's a Jayco van to which they say not our problem. Then they hang up. Wouldn't recommend them. Only want your money and lots of it for poor, rude service and a lack of support unexpected for the money spent. Now mum in her eightys has to postpone her travels while we modify because Jayco don't do what they say?Shop somewhere else.
