Love Solana Psychology! This place is a cosy hidden gem on Sydney Road! The staff are all so welcoming and warm. I've been seeing Tamara for over a month now and she has completely transformed me! I put off seeing a counsellor for a year because I thought I was beyond help as I didn't see any solution whatsoever to my issues. However in my first appointment, she was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with me and blew my mind with her skills! I find that Tamara asks the right questions and counsels in a way that is extremely beneficial i.e. in each session I become much more aware of myself, my emotions and very reflective on my life and where I need to go or what my next steps look like. She is also very kind, caring, gentle and non judging which is very important when opening up to someone to feel safe and she provides this feeling of safety. Highly recommend!
