One of the worst post sale customer service. Poor Workmanship and unethical owner...Not cheap either, DIY is preferableLeft with broken spring and mess...Asked to replace as his staff broke it during the blinds replacement but he wants couple of hundreds dollars..Bit of scams there...Surely not recommended

2 years after installation of our outdoor blinds I can confirm that their product quality is great. We had some water leakage issue and we were attended straight away. We are very happy with the product, service, their workmanship and of course business ethics too.
