New to Mt Barker & was wonderful to find a GOOD hairdresser first shot. Friendly service, great haircut & colour. Will be back.

HIT 'n' MISS with hairdressers.Notably my last cut was probably the worst cut I've ever had and I took in a photo - it was nothing like the photo - a modern concave bob turned into an old lady's cut with heavy layering with a long back. The second to last cut the woman was more focused on looking at herself in the mirror than getting it even. The 3 hairdressers before that were good. Too risky to go back.

curly haired people beware:if i could rate it a 0 i would, as someone that struggles with anxiety, having made the appointment myself i was proud of having asked for a stylist experienced with curly hair, having had a negative visit with them before, but what i was met with when i arrived was a stylist that didn’t seem at all interested in myself and conversation and was like talking to a brick wall, she not only used a high heat hair dryer on my curly hair which then frizzed and completely dried it out, she didn’t even bother adding products after to try and fix it, just charged me $35 to move onto the next customer, telling me to finish my hair myself once it dried fully.

Been twice recently. Asked to have my hair washed and cut. Cut a lot shorter than i asked for. Was done in 15-20 minutes and when i got home and washed looked horrible. Very disappointed in service and care

Lovely staff. Think I have had every hairdresser to my hair. Always get them to decide what to do eg cutting and colour.This time was cut a little bit too short for my liking but it will soon grow. It grows the bulkiness. But not the length unfortunately.Thanking you so much ladies. XxxWould recommend anyone to go there as have been going to cindys for years. Excellent cutter. Been going here for 20 + years.

Just wanted a simple hair cut with a price to match. Never been disappointed with my hair cuts here. Really lovely friendly staff. Book ahead, they are often so busy and booked out.
