Russell and his team were very clean and professional. They even stopped work while our neighbour had an important meeting (to keep the noise down). Very considerate and polite. Would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.

Proarb WA recently removed several exceptionally large trees from my property. Russell Hawkins, the Director, fulfilled every commitment he made, from arranging the quote to starting and finishing the job on time. I was so impressed to find an arborist who kept their word and delivered exactly what they promised. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Proarb WA.

Great service throughout, and a really thorough, professional and friendly job on the day. Although I feel a bit guilty that they also swept/cleaned our carport, because I haven't done it for years. Bit of a miscommunication on my part regarding the location of some excess fronds, but they were completely happy to fire everything up again to deal with it. All in all a great experience.

I got Chris and Russ around to remove an over grown tree at my property, they were extremely fast with the initial quote and managed to fit me in around my busy schedule! Chris and Russell did a great job pruning our two palm trees this week. They were professional throughout, making sure they did a thorough pruning and they tidied up after themselves. Friendly, reliable and organised - we would highly recommend them to others.

Russell was absolutely great. Pretty quick to come and quote and knew his stuff about the trees we had. Our ficus right on the fence line was removed really easily including the roots, so we can finally get the space landscaped. Great value service!

Efficient friendly and cleaned up beautifully

This company was amazing!!My cat was stuck in the biggest tree in my yard At 11pm at night and I had no one to turn to, I called everyone I could from Google and no reply at all from any.Then all of a sudden Rus calls me asking me how he can help, I explained the situation and he drove all the way to my house, 40 minutes drive to assist me.He did everything in his power to help. Hstayed around for hours helping me, in the end I finnaly was able to retrieve y cat who is everything to me, it is try when they say not all heros where capes!I would recommend Rus to anyone! Such a legend and the kindest people I hardve every encountered, in such dark times it's nice to know people like this still exist!
