I don't think their attention toward customers is good. In my view at least - if a customer walks in and he/she is the only one in the store, the server could at the very least greet them. Apposed to this the customer is standing there like a fool for up to 3/4 minutes before a word is spoken. Further more, after contact is finally made to pick-up ones equipment at the second desk the attendant there is also deaf. Seriously guys, brush up on manners if you wish to keep your customers!

Cannot tell you how easy and seamless it was to replace my mower after 28 years. The special attention I received to make sure that the product I had bought was not only suitable but easy to understand when I got home was super. If you like the Bunnings walk of garden tools stuff as I do ! The showroom at Wacol takes it to the next level for garden stuff ! Highly recommend the experience.

I deal with Shane a few months ago when i was searching for parts for my old mtd ride on mower. They were the only company to actually look for me and find the parts i was after. Other company's i used just told me my mover is too old. I now needed a new ride on unit and again dealt with Shane. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. I purchased a cub cadet ride on and the service has been fantastic. Highly recommend the company to deal with. Thanks Guys.....

A while back I dropped into this store after purchasing a mower second hand to buy some service parts for it. I have rarely been treated so poorly as I was that day. The employee was condescending and rude. He told me this mower was no longer sold (I later found this model advertised at other Sthil stores) He said there were very few parts available for it as it was a discontinued model. I could understand if he was confused about the model but I had the mower there an he looked at it. He asked what I paid for the second hand mower and he scoffed at my answer and said I had paid too much. It was actually a fair price. I identified the air cleaner element I needed hanging behind him and he told me that could not possibly be right one despite being the right one for my mower. I would have given one star but the store was well presented so gave 2

As a mowing contractor with a mailing list of 64 local contractors and over 300 in total. I will never set foot in this store again nor recommend their business to any of my contacts. In fact I will be actively discouraging them from using this business. The manager is a straight up liar. Lied to encourage my business from one of his competitors and then lied again when I questioned him about it. He’s just cost this business several thousand $$S a year in maintenance/repairs, the new ride on I’m in the market for and all other machines I purchase annually. Suffice to say this feedback has been forwarded to all contractors on my mailing list. This is no way to run a business. I pity the owners if this guy is the best option they have.I see in some of the replies to negative feedback that the owners have attempted to contact the poster. If they’d care to reach out to me I’d be happy to enlarge on the details of my feedback.

They were quite helpful , had a large variety of spare parts so I got what I needed.

Exceptional service, especially Ashleigh going above and beyond to help me out. Instead of spending time with a repair she was clever enough to get in touch with Stihl and get me a replacement within 10 days. Will recommend to everyone I know.
