What an absoloute joke of a company. Tells me to message him my fathers address and said he will come around on monday. Replies with an 'ok' so i assume its confirmed...doesnt even show up no decency to call or anything. My father was waiting all day. Will take my business elsewhere

I have arrange to have a quote twice. This dude don’t even remember I have made an arrangement with him.The second time....I texted him the time and location. I texted two hours before the meet time, and called him half an hour before the meeting time.Truely the art of wasting ppl’s time.

Called for a quote and Darren looked over the door and gave us the information. Left the door open and left. Didn't think anything of it until we tried to close the door and couldn't. Let him know at 10:30am and had no response until 2 hours later and now refuses to come back and fix the issue until tomorrow, leaving us with a wide-open garage door over night and serious security risk. Will not be pursuing the quote or this business again.

Dennis installed a roller door and now it is playing up. Called him multiple times and he said he would come over and look at it. Does not turn up and now does not even answer his phone or return my voice mails. Very poor service. He actually deserves a ZERO star.

I paid Dennis $150 for a quick fix. I didn't question it as I was desperate to get it done for security reasons. The problem then resurfaced within 2 days later.I then reached out to Dennis on numerous occasions. We arranged numerous dates/times and he never showed, never even contacted me to let me know or rearrange a time to fix it.Disgraceful, I'll never recommend or use this man's business again!STAY AWAY

We had Dennis install our roller door 14 years ago. We have had him back for servicing a couple of times. The Door still going strong. He is very experienced, always prompt, helpful and very patient to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend his services & products.
