Do not shop here. This is the worst customer service in Sydney. We were promised a sofa with delivery the next day. We paid in full. The sofa did not turn up. Nobody contacted us we had to go down to the store. First it was blamed on the salesman for not booking it on the truck then the manager told us that the truck which it was on was not working. So apparently nobody got contacted and deliveries just did not turn up? The lies made us not trust this place and their products so we told them we wanted a refund. They reluctantly said they would process our refund. It is now over a week later and not one word from Supreme Furniture. I have emailed the head office for an update 3 times with no response. I have also emailed the store and tried calling. Nobody will respond to me and they are withholding our money. Hopefully this review with prompt someone to get back to me. This should not be difficult.

Had a nice purchase experience with the sales, but arranging the delivery took more than 3 weeks, and the sofa that was delivered was different from what I purchased

We purchased custom designed couches, chairs along with many other living and bedding items from this store. We dealt directly with Robert and he was so helpful with each and every aspect of the sale all the way down to designs, colours and even rug recommendations. Robert took his time to help us select all the combinations and even when returning to change a few items he made sure the manufacturer was able to change the fabric before it was made to match our other items. All invoices were clear in what we were getting and process was smooth as. Recommend dealing with this company if you value service and value for money too!Tony & Jess

Had such a great sales experience but shame about the after care. Sofa delivered in Feb with damaged legs. Have been trying to get them replaced for months. Finally got the call to collect the legs and they were worse than the ones I have. Scuff marks had been covered with black marker pen. Zero communication and not helpful. Only interested in taking your money!

We bought a bed for ourselves a year ago and the service from Robert was very good - specs, pricing, care factor.When we needed two more queen beds for the family over the last couple of months we went back and again - great service from Robert and a great price on both. Other stores in the home HQ centre could not compete on either of these two things.

We purchased the sleep maker queen mattress from Robert and Jun recently. Their service was excellent as they went above and beyond to help us and our needs. They were very polite and caring! We highly recommend their service and products.

CON ARTISTS! not even worth 1 star, minus 10. Buyer be warned, do not buy from here. I was ripped off and lied to. I was told my lounge suite had arrived in the warehouse and had to pay the full amount on the lounge which I did. It never arrived and I waited 9 months and had to contact Consumer Affairs/Fair Trading. Do not deal with Ben the owner at Artarmon - worst experience ever!

We had a very good experience here with extremely helpful staff. Lots of variety to choose from at very competitive prices.Big bonus was our suite was made in Australia and to our order. So we were able to adjust the sofa length to fit our room perfectly. Not sure where else you can get that service at such good price. Huge selection of material swatches to choose from so you can match your decor and taste at very reasonable price too.We ended up buying dining tables and chairs and some bedroom furniture which all looks fantastic now it’s at home.The delivery guys were also excellent.Only reason for not giving full 5 stars was slight delay to expected delivery of one set of bedroom furniture, which was unexpected.Also good to know that you have to remove packaging waste yourselves so may be wise to wait for Council pick up time.All in all a really nice experience with sales staff being super helpful and good discounts when we decided to buy more furniture.

Found great furniture and the delivery guys who assembled the furniture were also very efficient. However, one of the chairs was missing screws. I notified Robert, the manager, in mid-January and ever since then (when I do manage to speak to him on the phone) he has told me multiple times that the additional screws will be posted to me and nothing has been received. Disappointing.

Do NOT waste your money here. Bought a sofa and more furniture from here 3 years ago. They agreed the sofa was defected but never did anything to fix, swap or refund. When I went to the shop Ben the manager at the time kept me waiting for hours and disappeared, promised they will pick up old sofa and can get a new one but then said the new one is too expensive eventhough I agreed to pay the difference. They said they will refund 40% of money back which till date has not happened. Dont waste your hard earned money here,
