Earth Friendly Promotions

I am really disappointed with my service. I specifically worked with Mitch to organise these branded gifts for a site launch event on the 8th. I asked him numerous times (i have call history of checking every day over the week we were organising the gifts) whether the gifts could arrive before the 8th, which he repeatedly assured me they would. He assured me this when he recommended an additional keep cup item, I would not have ordered the extra item had I known they would slow the order down. Now I can see that extra item was probably a sales tactic that ultimately reflects really badly on me. My company has spent thousands of dollars on branded items for a specific site that we launched, which means these items don't have any use now (they are site branded not company branded). Super disappointed and haven't heard back from Mitch.

The final product is beautiful (pens for Koala Smart). It was delivered promptly. The communication and discussion before the production was a little slow. We had to repeatedly ask for the same changes as if emails had not been read.

A supplier let us down and our guys needed lanyards and seed sticks for an event that we went to, Richard managed to turn around 2000 lanyards and seed stick sets for us in 6 days! Thanks very much for getting us out of trouble - really happy with quality and service.
