Build-A-Bear Workshop
Absolutely amazing service. All the staff were super friendly. Lily May, Merran and one other girl (that I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of) were absolutely hilarious. We felt instantly comfortable and the conversation and jokes flowed so well despite being quite late at night. My friends and I loved the experience and we will 100% be visiting again! Keep up the good work girls!

On the 22nd of march in the morning. I was served by a lovely lady. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She wasn’t pushy she was professional. She was so friendly adding to the over all magical experience.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Went for build a bear today and the main lady doing the bears wasn't really friendly or enthusiastic. Felt like she was there to do her job with no passion. However, the girl with the pink hair was lovely.

Super friendly employees :) they make you feel welcome. And this is coming from someone with severe anxiety. Super kind and helpful! Only downside is it can get pretty crowded, and kids are loud. And the prices, bring atleast 70 bucks to get a bear with clothes lol other than that super nice shop and employees.

Very nice workers and has new build a bears come in stock pretty quickly, only problem is sometimes the wait in the line can be anywhere from 5-20 minutes.

This is about our very first experience with BAB from 1/2/2018. The photos ia from today (5 years old and still like new!):I really need to recommend Build-A-Bear Workshop Carousel, WAToday we went in to Build-A-Bear.The 2 staff ladies were AMAZING!I explained that Ollie has SPD & straight away they understood & knew his needs.They encouraged him to feel every teddy skin" he wanted.Encouraged him to be specific about the colours he liked - everything.They asked him how firm or soft

First time taking my son into build a bear. Or in his case “build a cat”I did not get names unfortunately. But it was such a fun experience for my 3 year old. The staff were very helpful and patient.

Build-A-Bear Workshop
Came in today for my birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect going in as an adult. But Jayde greeted us right away and was very friendly and approachable. Explained the process of building a bear and never once made me feel weird or uncomfortable about getting a bear at my age. They were really calm and made my day special.
