Alex is a prompt and punctual professional with an eye for detail. His install of our new gas continuous hot water unit - upgraded from a gas storage tank - was done within a couple days of first contact.His pipe work is very neat - it’s definitely an art to make those copper pipes look attractive.The unit itself is very good - much better than a rumbling old tank that runs out of hot water and needs servicing. The default 50 deg C water is definitely hot enough for us. Got the Thermann 21 L/min unit which is good for our family of 4.Price of install was good. Will see whether the continuous flow setup translates into gas savings, not having the pilot light going 24/7.Note that a sparky is required for the installation of a continuous flow if you are upgrading from a tank and have no existing nearby powerpoint.Thanks Alex!

Our hws packed up on a Sunday afternoon. Contacted Alex from Belle Plumbing, he was around within an hour and had us back up and running with hot water. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Cheers

We're new to the area, so we looked for a plumber on Google and saw the *overwhelmingly* positive reviews. Alex delivered and then some!They're a genuine professional - knowledgeable, honest, great communicator, clearly passionate about what they do - with the added bonus of being very reasonably priced.They immediately picked up, organised a time, and were genuinely interested. They arrived perfectly on time, if not early! Alex answered all of our questions, thoroughly explained the issues, offered multiple solutions and gave us their honest opinion on the best way to go. Alex was very quick to respond to our urgent request, he was very polite on the phone and he was able to help us at very short notice with a pool plumbing repair. Alex arrived on time (actually early!) and his service was exceptional. We are very happy with the job he did for us, especially squeezing us in on the day we contacted him. After 2 plumbers not wanting to do the job, Alex came out right before Christmas to repair a leaking pipe in the roof that was causing quite some damage! Alex was professional, friendly, informed me of what he needed to do, gave an upfront quote, even showing before and after pictures and his prices were extremely reasonable. I found Alex through a hipages ad that I posted about a leaking hot water system in my rental property. He was first to respond and was excellent to communicate with. He responded promptly via text, phone and email and explained what (possibly) needed to be done in clear, easy to understand terms. After a same day look at the job which he organised with my tenants, he gave me honest, clear advice on what needed fixing and was upfront with pricing. Within 24 hours he had liaised with my tenants, removed the old system (also took it away free of charge), and installed the new one. He also promply sent photos of the finished work - a busy landlord's dream! Would definitely recommend Belle Plumbing and will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs!
