Aqua Technics (O'Connor Display Centre)

Still in the process of having our pool installed by Aqua Technics (nearly finished). Must say from the initial sale right through to where we are now, which is the final bit of installation, the process and assistance by the whole team has been fantastic. They have bent over backwards to help us with fence changes as well. Can thoroughly recommend getting a pool with Aqua Technics.

worst customer service I have ever experienced

Considering a pool !!! My advise look else where..... In my opinion!!! Worst experience ever!!! Along with a 5 page letter to management which i received correspondence from a member in accounts. Poor communication, poor workmanship, people entering our premises without notice. Supervisor's that couldn't answer simple questions or know what there contractor's have started or completed. Pool is great looks great!!! the ONLY great we experienced whilst dealing with Aqua technics.

We are in love with our Aqua Technics Pool! The team were fantastic and made the experience very memorable! Bring on summer and hot weather - we cannot wait to get swimming!!

The sales team were brilliant, especially Myra Oudendijk who recommended we bring our swimmers to the showroom to try out the pools on display. This tiny but important thing helped us decide on the right one for us, and to avoid quite a costly mistake. From ordering to delivery the work was done ontime and to a very professional standard by friendly guys. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our first ever pool installed and we were so excited!! After shopping around and getting the feeling that we couldn't trust any company we decided to take the plunge with Aqua Technics O'Connor. We absolutely made the right choice!! They were amazing from the very beginning to the very end. They ran on time, stuck to their promises and had pleasant, friendly staff in and outside the office. Our backyard was no easy feat and they made it a simple, smooth and great experience for us. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. We can't wait for summer!!

We were undertaking some landscaping an realised we need to replace our pool. Despite being recommended to another Pool company we took a look at Aqua technics. The sale representative in O'Conner, Jim was direct and to the point, no gimmicks and told us straight on cost vs quality, at the same time he was humble un understanding our needs and wants. He was the only reason we selected Aquatechnics. But then we were very concerned with installation given that is was more than a pool, it was tanks in the ground, heating, electrics and levelling. It had to be right because the landscapers would not take any liability if it impacted their design .In walks Luke (site supervisor) and his awesome team. Hard working, honest and just really good at explaining the issues (and there were unforeseeable issues not related to Aqua technics) and following up. If I brought the pool and service because of Jim, I am certainly writing this review because of Luke and his crew (specifically the guys who dug the holes for the backwash tank).This is not a review on the quality of their products" and "warranties" but will come back in 12 months to let you all know.Thanks guys.Anthony."

Very unprofessional and poor services mainly from their subcontractors. They ask me for full payment even before completing the job, which I did. When I gave my full payment and that's the start of my family's misery! Lots of alibis, lots of cancellations and re-scheduling, telling me that they have other jobs to attend to. But they got already my money for full payment of their services! Lessons learned from this: Don't trust Aqua Technic. Be very careful in giving full payment immediately. Look for others that can provide better services.

Buyer Beware - Terrible after sales support.Wish we had these reviews a couple years ago!Spent nearly 70k on our pool area , pump 4 years old has just failed and making dangerous noises , called Aquatechnics up and was told sorry it's out of warranty. I asked if we could get someone out just for a look and was palmed off to the manufacturer- again they said sorry we can't help.VERY very poor service from both companies - if it was my business I would have been straight on the phone to the manufacturer supporting my customers, end of the day looks like they sell products that have a low life span (our last pump lasted over 8 years ). Not happy will be telling everyone to avoid like the plague.

Very unprofessional and full of excuses. Delay after delay and using covid as an excuse when WA has barely been affected. Once we handed over 98% of the money, the progress stopped. The pool has now been in the ground for 7 weeks and still not finished. The hand over was supposed to be on a Friday afternoon, for which they did not complete the job and then we had to go to the back of the cue (3 weeks Later). No one calls you back to keep you updated and tired of the excuse we are short staffed. The pool is still unable to be used due to the water quality and being full of sand. There is about 3 hours work to make this complete and they won't come back. I wish we never would of used them and regret ever signing up to use them.
