Diamond Nails & Beauty WA

I went for the first time today and I'm over the moon with my nails. I brought in the handbag I'll be using for the wedding. I'd been to other salons, but nails fell off and chip. I'll be going regular here now.

Booked to get my nails done as unable to sit for long periods following surgery sat down at booked time and then endured 40mins of having colour filed off my nails I showed the owner the design that i wanted and he proceeded to pile acrylic on my nails to an unbelievable level i sat there feeling confident that as an experienced nail technician he would thin the nail to an acceptable level i was in absolute disbelief when after 99mins he put on a clear coat no filing no cutting of nails. I should have at this point or earlier complained but i was worn out and not up for an argument. i wish i could put up photos so you can see the actual job he did bloody worse nails i have ever had i will never go there again!!

Little time and care were taken with my nails, the design I asked for was poorly done.I was the second person in the store as I know it gets busy, so there was no reason for the job to be rushed.I had even been told off for touching my own nails..The customer service was very unprofessional, it’s unfortunate as staff have great skill if they don’t rush. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Super impressed!! Thought I'd try here for my pedicure as they are new & it looked lovely....so glad I did! My pedicure included leg & foot massage, hot towel & hot stone massage for the same price as what I would normally pay & I was even given a bottle of water for free. He also fixed up my two big toenails that were broken/crooked, so they look perfect. Not only do they do amazing work, they go above & beyond & are all about customer service! Brother & sister team are fabulous & very friendly. This is now my new nail place for sure!!

The perfect nails. The service was very professional and inviting. I got my nails done for my school ball. I had a basic idea of what I wanted. They helped me with the design and I couldn't be happier. These photos don't do it justice at all. I can't stop looking at my nails. This is now my regular place to get my nails. No store can compare to the quality and price.

Absolutely amazing! I walked in and I thought I would have to come back later as it looked busy but they seated me straight away! And I was served almost immediately they were very nice and they game me exactly what I was after, I love my nails so much thanks to HyNo!!! Thank you so much! I have received so many complements!

Paid $30 to have shellac removed from my nails - fingers and toes.No acetone was used at all. Just ground the colour off with the machine. Total disregard for the health of your real nails. Weeks later, the amount of shellac left on my nails is brutally visible and horrible. Very unprofessional.
