Originally employed by the Body Corporate to do a Rat Extermination for the entire block, Photos below, show some of the damage the rats caused in my (usually totally clean) home..disgusting.I found this lady to be very knowledgable and co-operative when I asked about cockroaches- the little brown ones. She came in did a thourough inspection and gave me a quote, which I took up. She came, on time, on the day, did an inspection and said she would get rid of the boxes in the patio - which had cockroaches in them - she did the work and phoned me when she had completed it - some 2 hours later. She gave me instructions, was wonderful as she knew I have a phobia and said she would be back in a month to see if her baits etc had worked. I followed her instructions and have been vaccuming up bodies since... it is working AND she rat baited my back yard again and I have since found a furry body , which I dumped in the trash where it belonged.I CAN HONESTLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY YOUNG, POLITE, RESPECTFUL OF MY AGE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE LADY TO ANYONE! unfortunately, needing this type of service!!
