KFC Moranbah
Went to KFC drive through 27/2/21 @ 12.30pm. Ordered zinger box large. Didnt receive potato and gravy, wicked wings had been swapped for 1 chicken piece. Was told none of this. Didn't receive a receipt, can not complain without one. No explanation. Mate in car in front was also missing items. And chips half empty. Feel robbed.

While the chicken itself was fresh the store was dirty and gross. We purchased at 10am so it should have been clean but the bins were full, doors and windows were greasy and the staff were uninterested in serving. The toilets were disgusting. They did not have chicken tenders but did not mention it, instead just gave a hot wing in its place. Would not go back.

This place has gotten a lot more popular in the recent years, yes there short staffed and always hiring but they have gotten an understanding. I now get my order correct and sometimes might not always be correct, but they are trainees and i understand how hard it is to run a chicken shop. I love how great it has gotten keep it up.

Looking at all the bad reviews obviously this kfc takes no pride in their store. Myself and my crew came here to get dinner and noticed the line was out the door, looked inside and there was no chicken ready, the orders were piled up so ended up leaving to go red rooster. Place needs to be more organised, so far worst kfc I been too.

Waited over half hour to find the drive through wouldn’t move. Clearly incompetent staff. It’s been like this for 20 years, and still hasn’t changed. When will change happen? A simple feed of kfc in Moranbah for dinner is impossible

By far the worst KFC in the state. Slow service, over 1 hr wait and was wrong when we got our order. Didn't give a stuff. Never again will I visit here. If I could give a zero I would.

No chicken and a long wait, chicken was super oily.Staff were nice and trying there best in the situation. Will try again next time and update then.
