Berwick Toyota have been servicing our vehicle since new but we have noticed several times that other things are not checked during the service such as power steering, break and other fluids. Obvious broken parts hanging under the vehicle etc. vehicle is only a couple of years old

I've been giving my car for servicing here for last 3 years, no issues about car servicing and staff is polite, however, I do have a complaint - apparently, coffee is served to certain customers in the lounge, the lady who is serving coffee offered coffee to all the others including person sitting next to me but completely ignored me. It has happened last time, I thought it was a co-incidence but it happened again today! co-incidence or on purpose?

Toyota Berwick delivers such great service while you wait. Had my 60K service waiting in while working from Berwick Toyota. Fantastic coffee and a superb location to do Teams meetings as I waited for my car to finish. Will keep coming back for service here.

Berwick Toyota Service Centre
Gave my car for a service last week, paid $300(paid extra as they said they needed to change a part) and straight after I brought it out it started making a funny noise. Took it back in and they said that it’s not their fault I and would have to pay another $600 to get it repaired. The car was running perfectly fine until the service. Very strange. Shame on u Berwick toyota just trying to scam people . Learnt my lesson. Will never take my car in for another service any ever again.

I had my three year warranty which was fine but they were unable to repair a puncture just recently. I was told I had to buy a new tyre which wasn’t the case. Bridgestone Beaconsfield we’re able to fix with no problem at all. If you use Berwick Toyota be very careful of what they tell you.

Recently I got a major service (90 months service) from Berwick Toyota and experience was really bad. It cost me about $ 990/=.Firstly they haven't properly set the glove box.Secondly they haven't flush the coolant. With the major service the coolant should be flushed. Just before handover to the service, I checked the coolant level and after the service it was the extractly same. When I checked with them, initially they said they forgot to refill ( BTW it should be not re-fill, it should be flushed) and then they said that they have flushed the coolant and the coolant level could go down after drive. I didnt have prove to show the coolant level before I handed over. So I have to accept it.Thirdly the first day night after the service, I realised the globe on AC indicator (TEMP and LO/HI, attached image) are not working as expected.When the auto mode is on, the AC indicators(temp and blow speed) should be on in the dark. But these two indicators are inconsistent with on/off. Most of the time, those indicators are off even dark. I am 100% sure these were working before the service. Somehow after the service day, these two indicators are not working. Talked to person (Luke) in the Berwick Toyota( This is third time I had to drive to their place :( ) and he said the whole board need to replaced and it cost about $ 375/=. BTW they agreed to do only for 295/=. BUT BUT all these things are after the service.I am really concern about their workmanship and service. What about all the stuffs we can't see. Highly doubt they really do all the items in log books. Just think twice if you want to go for service with Berwick Toyota.

I am doing my both car service from them , but every time I have to chase them for service. I call them more than week an ago but they did not call me back and book the service as per their commitment . Very bad costumer service provide by them.
