K2 Heating & Cooling

On Monday I had my split system serviced with K2 and what a fantastic experience it was. The 2 service technicians that came out couldn't have been nicer, the arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work right away. They were finished up in about 45 minutes.Then the young apprentice named Wyatt came in and explained the service to me and showed me as well, he has great customer skills and is obviously being trained the right way by the head technician Krill. I would highly recommend this company to anybody out there looking to get there air conditioner or split system serviced. Customer service support staff are amazing friendly an knowledgeable as well AAAAAA+++++++++

Been using Kirill for my ducted heating and evaporative cooling for years now. Genuine trade person and always provides advice for what is best for the customer. Will definitely use his service for our future heating and cooling works.

The price is a bit more expensive than the other tradies who include duct/fan cleaning up service. The service isn’t bad but feel no wow-service to pay such service fee.

Kirrill was professional and did a great job. No hidden costs like other companies and reasonably priced.

We had Dave attend our property to clean the filters on our evaporative A/C unit and perform a standard service. The house is a new build (1.5yrs old) the unit was cleaned (picture shown) a report was written up and emailed. Dave took pictures and explained an issue we need to take up with the plumbers and the warranty team of who we built with (appreciated Dave informing me)The service was professional and they were on time.I highly recommend this company and will be using them annually for a service and feel comfortable using them for any repairs required outside of our unit’s warranty.
