Blinds nice installed shutters at my mothers house. They were very helpful and professional. They even fixed up a blind she had purchased from another company as the other company refused to fix it. So happy with the service.

As we live quite far out of town rang to get a rough price over the phone the lady refused to give a rough estimate and basically laughed in my face when I explained I was calling around to get rough prices and had already received some off other companies, she refused to believe that. I found her to be extremely rude!

Have contacted twice now requesting someone to come and quote on an outdoor blind have not heard back at all. Very disappointing

Deposit taken mid December. I didn't know but they hadn't done the actual measure until after I chased them in February. Didn't ring to confirm. Didn't start.manufacture till I chased againTold me they were installing on Saturday morning . Didn't turn up. Didn't call or make contact. Didn't answer the phone.I used them as a local company. Totally unreliable. Try a more well known and reputable company
