I have been going to this clinic for a few years and have always been so happy. I had an appointment here a few weeks ago and on the same day my son got sent home from school sick, I called to reschedule ( not cancel) only reschedule and they refused and said I had to come in that day or forfeit my $50 deposit. I understand about cancellation policies but I was not canceling, they were still going to get my full payment, all I asked was to move the appointment as I’m sure if I turned up with my child vomiting they would not be happy. Not to mention a few times they have had to cancel and reschedule on me due to having staff sick and I was always so accomodating. Absolutely disappointed in this business and will never ever go back. I always now pass on this concern when friends ask me for recommendations. And definitely no longer recommend this business.

I absolutely love coming to Labb! All the girls are so lovely and friendly. I always have a best chats or naps hahaha while getting my lashes done. All technicians are highly qualified and experienced so they are able to attend to all your beauty needs! Highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend this salon highly enough! They are perfection when it comes to eyelash extensions, brows and tans!I am always getting compliments on my brows and lashes from these guys.I have been using Sophie from this salon for more than 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. When I have had other technicians they have all been great as well.They also make you feel comfortable every time. (I am 35 weeks pregnant and still able to head in, they even have a cushion to help me lie slightly on my side!) Always going above and beyond!

Sophie is the most amazing lash tech ever!!! I’m in love with my lashes every single time I leave the salon and they look amazing even at the 3 week mark! The salon is beautiful, the staff are super lovely and I always leave with a smile :) I’m so glad I found LABB and I couldn’t recommend them more - you have a lifelong customer! <3

I've been going to Labb Salon for over 3 years now and couldn't reccomened these gorgeous bunch of girls enough they are seriously spot on everytime and my lashes always look incredible and natural the way I like them! Plus they are extremely knowledgeable and will tell you if your lashes need a break. They are best in the business that I have personally found and have delivered every single time over the past 3 years! Sophie you are incredible and your a beautiful soul! I highly recommend them ❤️

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened years ago and have never been disappointed! Everything these girls do is done with such a high standard. Lashes & brows are seriously the best I’ve ever had and will never go anywhere else. Tans are also always perfect!

Meticulous precision by Jo on my eyebrow shape and wax every time! Jo also did my lash extensions and did another amazing job! All girls are just so precise and I could not recommend them more highly for price, professional and precision :)

Absolutely love getting my brows done at Labb! I look forward to the experience every time. Not only do my brows and lashes look amazing but it forces me to get off my phone and relax (most of the time I fall asleep haha - the bed is so comfy) if not I’ll have a chat to whoever is doing my brows and the girls are all super friendly and lovely. I’m always so happy with my brows and lashes and often get compliments on them. I find they last longer than previous places I’ve been and with both lashes & brows done I don’t feel the need for any makeup - i feel more confident. . Love your work xxx

I had been looking around my area for quite sometime for someone who was passionate about eyebrows, when I finally found LABB salon. I received a warm welcome on arrival and invited to take a seat. I waited maybe 2 minutes before Maggie took me through to do my Lash Lift & Brow Sculpt & Tint. What a bargain, wonderful service and a great welcome to the salon. The treatment took 1 hour and I have been extremly satisfied. 3 weeks on my brows have kept their colour and people are still complementing me on my lashes.Very happy. Thank-you
