Must stop providing passport photos services. It's a total waste of time and money. They force you to pay first and don't even bother taking the pictures correctly. They also forced you to pay and you only get useless pictures.High recommendation for office works ( check which stores provide those services) They let you check and approve any pictures.

If I could give a lower review I would. I had a package posted from nsw. And still have not recived. I paid for express shipping. It's been almost 1 month now they are terrible at thier jobs. Do not recomend

They should learn how to deal with customers, very arrogant and disrespectful. Their behaviour is so rude, I wonder after getting so many bad reviews why management team did not work on it.

DON'T COME HERE!!!! This post office must be shut or someone else must take over this!!! Came here to do passport application, but told me that the photo I provided is not correct size, but I am a graphic designer and did all the measurement accordingly but they don't accept my passport photo and insist of taking a photo for me over there (cost extra of course), so I did because I don't want to delay my application. Paid and after a few days, the passport application bouched back saying that the photo did not meet the requirement!!!!! THEY ARE HOPELESS AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Went to purchase a small satchel at this Post Office. When the assistant charged me $20.45, I responded “That is not the right price.” The assistant lady looked confused then stated so rudely that was not what she said. Utter rudeness continued on her behalf. I told her to read the reviews online about this Post Office and take note. She told me to find another Post Office to go to. I regret not speaking to the manager as I was in complete shock. This store needs new staff that actually respects the customer. Try to avoid going here if you can!

Went there Saturday morning had passport photo's taken, great friendly service, went back Tuesday afternoon to submit paperwork for passport renewal, again great friendly service, very helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Some of the staff have very poor customer service skills. On a busy Saturday morning we wasted our time attending this place. We were turned away by a staff member after being miss informed from our first visit. Alternatively we went to Cranbourne Casey where the customer service was above and beyond. I hope in the future this place improves as this is the closest post Office to our new home in one of the near new estates.
