ESI Solutions were amazing I called them on the day my hot water System was leaking everywhere. Along with the stress of it all, I had a family member (my Dad) in ICU at the time waiting to have a serious scary operation.ESI Solutions helped straight away on the same day which was a Friday the end of the week. I thought what a relief, as I was already stress about my personal life. They were very responsive and reliable as well as very trust worthy. They worked along side my plumber Jim, a close family friend and worked out a time to get my Hot water System all installed and worked in-sink with each other. They worked like a dream team together. The friendly severe of Kelly and Andrew working with me over the phone to organise it all with me getting all the correct information. Kelly and Andrew helped more than you know that day, they took all stress away. They were so understanding and respectful and listened to me making me feel safe assured just like my family was helping me. Later that evening I come home from a busy days work and you could imagine how relieved I was know the hot water System was all installed and ready to use. My daughter just come back from School camp that day and so a shower was her biggest priority. Know we all could have hot showers before visiting my Dad in hospital on the Monday was a dream. I would get them to help me again in a heart beat.

Many thanks to Andrew and his team who have installed our upgraded solar panels. They were so great to deal with. Polite, professional, punctual and always worked tidily and in a respectful manner. They always removed their work boots before entering, cleaned up the site after work each day, very careful not to trample any of the plants near their work areas and gave us warning when switching power off. A fabulous business! The best! They looked after me from day one, from when they first replied very quickly to my first contact right through to now. They always communicate on what time they will arrive, even have a brilliant tracking app for you to click on so you can watch for their arrival. If they are going to be late or need to reschedule a new date, they will do that right away. Their work they did was top notch!
