Pedders at West Gosford have always demonstrated superior knowledge of car suspension issues more than anyone else around the Coast. Having had an undiagnosed problem with my car they not only accurately diagnosed the fault and fixed but did at a very good price. They are always curtious to their customers and punctual for their appointments. I highly recommend their services.

Did a great job putting disc breaks on my hilux

Rip off merchant had some springs reset or that's what I asked for got back a set destroyed leaf springs stay away from this particular store at least the rudest customer service and if coundnt do the work don't rip people off give them advice like send them to someone that can I agree with all the other people who has had bad service from this crub

Absolute crooks. Took my car in there I had just purchased ( 20 year old Bmw convertible that cost $5k) as it had wayward steering. They’ve seen a middle age guy driving a convertible and started rubbing their hands together. At my age I’m abit over fixing cars myself which is why I took it in. They quoted me $3300 to “ freshen up “ the front end. There was definitely a lot of play coming from the front wheel. After I finished laughing I bought the car home and replaced the control arm bush which cost $30 new. Took maybe 1 hour and a few choice words to do the job as there was a total of 4 nuts and bolts to remove. Car drives nice and straight now and no more movement from the wheel. I feel sorry for the people who deal with this company.
