I do not even think this even deserves a 1 star review. Poor customer service, the whole experience both my fiance and I felt judged by the sales team. I spoke with Leanne the sales manager. What should have been a pleasant and exciting experience for my fiance and I turned out to be absolutely disgusting!! I had a beautiful bridal set from Angus and Coote; unfortunately it was way to big for me. I was told by Leanne that they highly doubt we can go from a size O" to a size "I" but she would ask the jeweller. Two weeks later we called up only to be told that the jeweller will have to remake these rings and if we would like a quote. One week passes

Not impressed at all couldn’t even price their items properly and tried to charge double what the tag said and the service when I was returning it was poor and the problem resolution I am disappointed with and I am still waiting for the refund to go in still. Definitely won’t be going back there. Very unimpressed especially when I had a photo of the ring and the price that was stated as proof.
