The service was quick, and the price was very fair. Even helped out when I had a small issue a week later without any dramas. Good operator and would definitely return for any electronic needs.

Fantastic service! I took my water damaged iPhone XS (that I had foolishly failed to back-up!) to iFix for repair and/or data recovery. Ben was really open and honest with me about what was involved in fixing it and why this would not be a viable option, what the risks for data recovery were and exactly what the cost would be if the data recovery was successful. He opened it up in front me, took the time to fully and clearly explain how water damages the phone, put it under the microscope (literally) to show me exactly what had happened and then worked his magic over the next few days to recover all my data. He clearly explained his pricing policy which was that if he was unable to recover the data then he would refund most of the fee, except for the cost of effectively the initial analysis. I especially liked that the data recovery fee was fixed no matter how many hours Ben was going to spend working on it. I highly recommend iFix Electronics!

Thank you for fixing my laptop issue. Now, my laptop is working far more faster than before .The way I was explained about my laptop issues and the solution to fix it was so clear and understandable even though I have zero idea about electronic stuff .I highly recommend Ifix repair if you are having any issues with your electronics.

I highly recommend Ben to anyone with a phone issue. Do not waste your time with Apple who’s focus is to ensure more sales.After literally being told my phone which had fallen in the toilet and had a break in the back casing which the water entered through, was beyond repair by the Apple outpost across the road. The guy there did zero to diagnose the problem. I took my iPhone into Ben hoping for at best , a data recovery. Ben carefully assessed the damage, explained every step and potential outcome to me including price. He was able to establish that the phone in fact was not fried and not corrupted and was charging. I was able to take the phone home and retrieve all my data with careful guidance from Ben. He did not charge me anything and he did not try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Came into IFix hoping Ben could establish a simple answer to iPad not charginghe did and suitably roused on me for attempting to continue using an adapter that had sparked at powerpoint (fair enough too!) tested the ipad all good i need to get new adapter and cablewas friendly and responsive. i really appreciated Ben checking the device for me to go to apple mac store would have been a protracted affair for same answer.I came to Ben through reading reviews.Recommend iFix for sure !
