I had a full brazilian waxing today and I was served by Frances. First of all, she made me feel welcomed with her happiness and enthusiastic approach ( that make the best difference for the entire service!!! ).She knows what she does! She didn't pull my skin which it happened to me in the past . This shows the improvement in the salon with new staff like Frances to make a remarkable difference. She should be rewarded for this!Totally recommend her with my eyes shut! See you in a month . You rock!

Desiree took beautiful care of me yesterday when I came in for waxing after work. She was fast, sure and thorough, but gentle and made it relaxing for me. I think I've found my new local (work not home).

Really sorry to the young girl who did this, because she was lovely and professional - but these are the worst lash extensions I’ve ever had. Been getting lashes for years, I know this ain’t it. I started the session saying I hate the cats eye look. All I wanted was a basic classic set. One eye looks like it’s only had lashes applied at the end, the rest of the eye has nothing!! The other, cats eye. I also had eyelash extensions on my bottom lashes!!! These were checked twice in the session, had eyelashes ripped out because lashes were applied to my bottom lashes on my left eye - well got home and found more on the other eye. I had to rip them out. I look absolutely ridiculous like I’ve had eyelash extensions applied to only half or a quarter of my lashes. I’m supposed to catch a flight tomorrow morning to go away for my first holiday in a while and I’m completely embarrassed with how they look. I want to rip them all out. Beyond disappointed.

I was greeted by the most wonderful girls. The entire experience was all done professionally and done in less than an hour. Especially Britney who i had such an interesting conversation with. This was my first time so she was so patient and comforted me throughout the entire process.

I LOVE my feathered brows! The beautician made me feel very comfortable before and during the procedure and did her best to ensure that I was in love with my eyebrows. She paid attention to the details and my (very picky!) requests. A few months on and the result is still perfect! I will be back for my touch up when needed that's for sure

They were lovely people, however the service wasn’t the best. Before starting to wax my eyebrows they didn’t ask how I wanted them. When waxing above the lip, she applied wax 5 times and it started to rip my skin. Other scattered hairs around my brow were not plucked and it just looked messy. Do not recommend.

This is your one stop Beauty shopJess is wonderful to deal with and makes an awkward service such as a Brazilian wax as comfortable as possible .The only suggestion would be to redecorate the rooms .
