I've had difficulties with my lower back and shoulders for a while and I have never had a massage that's left me feeling this good. Kat was amazing and so knowledgeable, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ease Mobility Remedial Massage
Possibly the best remedial massage I have had. Kat has a been a massive contributor to my rehabilitation after tearing 3/4 of my knee ligaments. She has a strong understanding of the trigger points and how to promote healing and rehabilitation through muscle release, activation and addressing the impacts on the body from compensating for an injury. I cannot recommend Kat enough for her level of knowledge, professionalism, and personalised service.
