The worst organisation we have ever dealt with. If I could give a zero I would. Not only was our block of land supposed to settle well over 12 months ago, we have had to constantly chase them to find out what is going on. Now when the land finally settled and we are ready for our builder to do the contours the block still wasn’t ready. There was mounds of dirt on our land. Now the builder does the contours and they say that the fence they put up has been placed on our side of the boundary and needs to be moved. Don’t even factor in the fact that many people were told that stage 2 would be ready mid last year so they would have signed a price hold promise with their builder that would now be expired. The company is not accountable for anything. If I had my time again I would have bought somewhere else.
