I’m really hope East village can open a better dry clean shop. And this shop would definitely dead after that. Why? Because they just not professional! It’s just a pass level for pants dry clean! Never take your suits or other delicate items here!

I love the team at Silver Service. They have never damaged any of my clothes and really gone out of their way to fix the mistakes of other dry cleaners. I will never take my clothes anywhere else. Highly highly recommend.

Recently dropped off my wedding dress and a bridesmaid's dress for drycleaning. After not hearing anything for a week I called to follow up and was unapologetically told that my quote had probably been sent to the wrong number (?). Eventually I received a quote which seemed exorbitant to me, even by wedding industry standards. I will be going elsewhere.

Very Very Angry , disappointed , disgruntled, Un-Australian & unfair, total rip-off merchants , lack of any common decency, unashamed money grabbing .... those are but a few of the things I thought as I walked away from this scam of a dry cleaner/alteration establishment .... went in to get my 3yo daughters $30 Frozen Disney costume altered ... they then proceeded to ask for $70 for 20 mins max work ...i picked up the gown and walked away. Took it to another alterations place $30 ...Enough said really ....they should be embarrassed but they arent ...Wow ...Seriously I Dont know how some people sleep at night

Firstly, I didn’t get my jacket back since August 2017! Simply because of my post here on google and the owner literally says she won’t give my jacket back until I delete this post ( As attached pics below )Price ridiculously high, service incredibly bad.My cloth got damaged after last dry clean in AUGUST 2017! send them so many email to fix my miss attachment from one of my zipper,Totally ruined my favourite jacket!!!The worst dry clean ever!I did contacted fair trading but the owner still hold the jacket and her language just simply unprofessional and disrespectful.

Disappointed that they don’t do alterations on their premises! They have to send them away!

I have to wonder if some of the other reviews are fake?.... I've been giving these guys all sorts of stuff to dry clean since I moved into the area 2.5 years ago. I've always found them to be professional, polite and pretty quick. I like the box because I can pick up my order whenever I feel like it - usually ends up being late at night. I agree they are a little pricey but what do you expect for this area? The shopping centre is very popular so I'm not at all surprised and I'm happy to pay a little extra for the convenience they offer.

This place is an absolute joke. I don’t know how anyone can screw up the shortening of a hem however they managed to do so. Was sent back to fix and has been over 5 weeks since. Have yet to receive my jeans and after 5 weeks of calling the owner Vivian and the store, she responded with “I have better things to worry about.” Vivian, you are beyond rude and despicable. These poor reviews of your business are an accurate reflection you and the poor service you provide.

Terrible service attitude, bought leather jacket for dry cleaning, they took the payment and said it will be ready in one week, after one week they text me to say the jacket have special finish, there will be risk involved and ask me if I want to proceed or not, I don't want to do it and they said its me changing my mind so refuse to give me refund. I had to take the store credit because Fair Trading said they can't force the owners to give refund even if they are at fault, I would never use that store credit as I would never want to go back again. There were no signs in the store, on receipt or on their website to say that they will not take any responsibility if they damaged your item. If they told me beforehand there are risks involved I would never give the jacket to them, its simply cheating.

Do not ever get your bridal gown dry cleaned here! Owner sent through images of “dry cleaned” dress where images were sneakily taken from a far and only of the outer layer. She demanded payment prior to despatching the dress to the store for pick up. Paid her only to be asked for payment again when I arrived at the store to pick it up. Got home, and realised that the internal lining of the dress remains as dirty as it was when I dropped off the dress for cleaning. The tulle capes were also never dry cleaned as there were tiny bits of dirt caught in it. You’re better off going elsewhere as I ended up paying for it to be properly dry cleaned elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE.
