Apollo Patios - Brisbane and Sunshine Coast

Patio kit arrived missing screws and no instructions whatsoever. Had been asking for them since we purched the kit and kept getting told they will send them, but nothing. Regret dealing with them & won't use them again ever. Also no-one available on Saturday to help.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Apollo Patios and the quality and added value they gave our home.

Called them once to book a measure and quote. Multiple calls to re schedule the measure and quote. Finally after more than a week of back and forth. Got them to come and measure. Again 3 weeks later. Multiple calls from me to chase up my quote. No luck. What a joke. Got tired of even trying. They keep saying there going to send it to my email address. No quote.3 weeks later and here is my review. Friendly staff though.

Contacted Apollo as I rated their product. I don't rate their service.Was promised via a phone call that I'd see a quote within 2 days. 3 weeks later and numerous calls to office, still nothing.I must say the office staff were friendly and did all they could. The reason for 1 star.

We had an insulated roof patio installed at our property in Deception Bay. The consultation with Ben Hart was smooth. The installation was professional and on time. Not forgetting a big thanks to delivery team(s). Will not hesitate in recommending Apollo Patios - keep up the good work and so glad we chose you!

I have been delivering coil products into their premises this last week , and found their staff to be very courteous and friendly, if i was thinking of adding a patio to my place , they would be the people i would deal with..

Really Great Service, Nice & Customer Friendly....

This company is appalling to deal with. The guy who gave the quote was over an hour late each time, the builders took over a week to have it done. They lied about not being able to come because of sick kids when the admin said they were on another job. They didn't check the roof properly to see that it would take a patio, so ended up with supports against the house, one of which the builder was putting right in the middle of the kitchen window. Luckily I was there to ask to change it. The guy who did the original quote said that the lights would be fitted by them, but apparently we have to get an electrician in to it. Do yourself a favour and go through a better business.
