I have difficult veins that “dodge” whenever the needle is inserted. Came here based on the 3 five star reviews and Noelene did not disappoint. Even though it took 3 tries, not Noelene’s fault, we got there. She is very skilful (didn’t hurt as much when the needle punctured), she didn’t probe left /right hoping to get a vein, and she listened. Not many lab techs will listen to the patient because they think they know better. In the end she took my suggestion and we used a glove filled with hot water and got what she needed.
