Hi, today I went to Reece Plumbing at Redland Bay to buy a new spring loaded plug for my basin. I showed the boys at the counter the old part I wanted to replace and upon further inspection they advised me not to buy a new one . They said to clean the spring and give it a spray with WD-40 and it should be fine.Went home did what they said and the old spring now works fine .They could’ve easily sold me a new spring and cap but because they are stand up guys and fair dinkum they gave me good advice which was 100% right.Thanks boys this is why I shop at Reece Redland Bay.✅

I’ve been to Reece plumbing awhile back (a yr ago) and the lovely show room lady helped me and did a fantastic job. The second time I went there 2 men served me, they were extremely rude and did not help me what so ever, will not be returning

Used Reece products for my recent bathroom renovation. Tailem from the showroom was brilliant. She assisted me in all aspects. The delivery gents were brilliant too even when they had to make two trips due to the wrong bath ordered. Highly recommend. I will be using them again for my ensuite Reno next year.
