Teda Chinese Massage

I went for a back, neck and shoulder massage. The guy had no clue what he was doing half the time or wasn't interested. Very rough hands, and was very rough with myself when doing it as well. I've had many massages and this wasn't up to the level of skill it should be!Ater he finished he then went to the sink nearby and coughed up a big disgusting phlegm ball! so gross!! Never going back here! Yuck!

Experienced remedial masseurs who knows how to treat our neck, shoulder and back issues. I have tried many message places in Adelaide, they were hits and misses, but this place never disappoint.

I'm surprised to read some of these negative reviews. I have been coming here regularly, sometimes every few weeks for years.I've had a few massages which were just OK, usually by new staff members, but 99% of the time these people know what they're doing. They target your knots, and know the associated pressure points on other parts of the body. The pressure is always on point, expect some discomfort, it's good for you, but if it's too much or not enough just let them know.I recommend getting a massage on the table rather than sitting upright in the chair. Usually I just ask for a back massage and sometimes they'll target my shoulders, neck or even the legs if they feel like that's needed depending on my physical state.Also, lunchtime is busy, if you go a bit before or after the 12-1.30 period you can pretty much always walk in and get a spot.

Very disappointed. Reflexology - it wasn't reflexology, more like a gentle foot massage. My feet were hardly rubbed, instead my legs. I asked for more pressure on my feet, that person did for a bit but then slackened off. What was done to one foot was not done to the other. I was in disbelief of the service. Left feeling very unsatisfied and wasted my money. Have been there another time also for reflexology with a different person, almost as bad a service. Won't be going there again.

Had an amazing 90min full body massage. All the know and unknown sore spots were attended to.

I have tried many massages in town or oversea. Based on the review, I thought this place is worth a try..Well…the experience I had totally only worth 1 star..There are many better massages in city to spend your $80. Because I just got a whole one hour “slow” motion “elbow” massage , no technique…no offering tea or water…no decor…and the treatment was not professional at all…The therapists claimed that was remedial massage. Well …I am sure that not close anything about remedial massage..the therapist even forgot massage my leg as agreement ..$80 for 60 mins head , neck, back and “legs”..Hellooooo….one hour massage with only “elbow”to massage my head , neck..and back ?????just waste of money..very lazy therapist. Very disappointing..Won’t be back

I had a neck and shoulders massage with a young man who smelled like cigarettes and he only made 3 movements during the whole massage. He only massaged the line below the ear and did not touch the rest of the neck which was where it was in pain and also squeezed my shoulders so hard that was really painful. So much time in the same movement was not relaxing at all, on the contrary, I just wanted the massage to end soon. I started watching the gentleman massaging the girl next to me and she was really relaxed as he varied different massage techniques. Unfortunately, I left with more pain than I went in.
