Beautiful store but the lack of service on my first visit left a sour taste. I was not acknowledged once, despite walking up and down the store and picking up a number of pieces, including shoes which I fully intended to buy. There were a couple of other women in the store who appeared to be friends with the owner so while I understand she may not have been able to help immediately, not so much as a hello or nod at any point seemed frankly rude and a snub. Perhaps an off day but left disappointed given I live in the area and aim to support our community businesses. Headed to Macleay on Manning instead for a browse and got stellar service as always.

I found byfreer with a friend in June. Bought a divine blue velvet frayed edge top that I will wear forever. The two women who were in the shop were helpful and considerate and definitely without attitude. Can’t wait to get back to Sydney for the next visit.
