Angela was so friendly and helpful while I was trying to choose a watch today, nothing was too much trouble.I also enjoyed her sense of humour. I went to other shops after visiting Wallace and Bishop and even though I did find other watches I liked I wanted to go back to Angela and give her the sale as she was the most dedicated sales person I had dealt with. Pretty Disappointing that I had a watch running perfect for over 5 years, took it there for a service and then everything went wrong during the first time i wore it. Took it back in and tokd them this, only to receive a huge quote to fix it.....

My husband wanted a Tag watch for his 50th birthday, so we went to Wallace Bishop to purchase one. Nicole, our sales assistant, was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable on the Tag watches. We ended up purchasing a watch, and Nicole was very professional and helpful during the whole transaction, including removing links in the band and making sure it was ready on my husbands actual birthday so I could give it to him. It's very rare to get such great service these days.

Worst experience with this company. My wife bought me an Armani watch ($600) It stopped working after about 6 months. WB “repaired” it, it stopped working again about a year later. They “repaired” if again but then guess what? It stopped working again. This time they said they needed to replace the movement, at my expense. I said fine, not happy about it but hey it’s sentimental. I phoned them about 6 weeks later wondering where was the watch and was told it was being sent back to me because I had requested for them to not do the work. I explained again that I was not happy but I was willing to pay to get it fixed. I paid for the repair over the phone and waited for whatever was next. About a month later I received a call saying that although I had been quoted $160 too ok repair the watch it was now going to be another $100 as they had found another issue with the watch. I told them to please just send the watch back to me and refund the money for the work not done. I requested for them to send the watch to my home address which they agreed to and said they would refund the money. 3 weeks later I received a call from WB Maroochydore saying the watch was there. I checked my account and no refund had been made. I had to call and complain again at the incompetence of it all and wondering where the refund is? Still no sign of the money in my account but at least the watch (paperweight now) is back in my hand after about 4 months sitting at a Wallace bishop office somewhere. Absolute joke. They should have replaced the faulty movement in the first instance. Further to this, WB asked me to get in touch about this review, I did and I have still heard nothing!

Have been in a few times and can honestly say that my last experience with a lovely lady named Kylie was exceptional. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and my purchase was well received by my wife. Thank you Kylie

I've been a Wallace Bishop customer since 1983 and I'm still a loyal Wallace Bishop customer. At the Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza store which I've been going to for a few years now and made a number of purchases at, Nicole has always served me. She's extremely good at her job, knows her product, and is a really nice person who always goes out of her way to help and offer friendly, valuable advice when needed. The rest of the staff always say hello and make you feel at home also. I highly recommend Wallace Bishop Sunshine Plaza store.

I had a very good customer service last week with Maroochydore store. I bought a very cheap pendant for my daughter as she likes it, $29, and didnt notice there was a stone missing. I came back and got a very good service from Susan, to change a new one from another store. My thought liked I might get refund as it is a cheap pendant, but No, they changed for me with a very friendly service. Thanks very much.

Visited the Maroochydore store today. Had to wait 5 minutes until one of the 02 ladies could serve us, that too after my wife asked if we could be served. The lady that served us was so uninterested and had a straight face all along. Did not wish to comment or make communication on queries we had about a particular jewellery item. When asked if she was not happy to serve us because we were Asian, she said she is happy to serve us, put the item back in the glass cabinet and locked it and kept on saying she is happy to take it out if we want to see it. After numerous requests to take it out which she did not do, we walked out.So if you are coloured skin, please avoid Wallace Bishop Maroochydore
