I've never been treated so rudely by more than one of their staff! Had a leaking gas bottle that I bought from another BCF (bottle only 5 days old) and they treated me like it was my fault. The product is a poor quality import. I would have tried swapping it but they were not just rude but bullying and aggressive and I just wanted to get out of the shop. Go somewhere else.

My usual place for a shop. I had a Xmas voucher and spent a heap more on a shimano trout reel. The service was excellent. Jacob from Bendigo was a wealth of information!
