last 3 express post packages were 4 days, 7 days and 10 days respectively. You put in customer complaint and they could n't care less. If only there were other options

Has been a waste of money for me paying for express. Each time a parcel goes through golden square it gets held up for a week in this facility. It’s the slowest processing PO I’ve had to deal with and has cost me time and money in the long run having to constantly wait for parts ect to finally make there way through the golden square facility. Lift your game this is beyond a joke. Especially for people who pay extra to have something on time.
