Mimco Ballarat

I purchased a handbag on the MIMCO Online store and the security tag had been left on. I took my bag in to the Ballarat store with my receipt and the two lovely sales staff were very helpful. This is a small foot print store so not a big range but great service for what I needed.

Bought a Christmas present for my wife spent $330 I also asked if she didn't like what I bought if she could get a exchange which I was told she could my wife tried to swap the earrings which she didn't like only to be told they have a no return policy on earrings if I was told this from the start I would not have spent my money there very disappointed my wife is stuck with these earrings which she doesn't like so thanks very much Mimco that's the last time I'll be in your store next time tell your customers what can and can't be returned thanks for nothing
