I decided to write this review (using my husbands account) after reading previous comments about the owner so I would like to share my personal experience.In short, I found the owner to be extremely polite , courteous and didn’t try to use ‘hard selling tactics’ even when he knew I was only making an inquiry about a pair of earrings (on the 3 Jan, afternoon).Also I’m a female Asian, so based on my experience I don’t believe he is a racist at all, if not the total opposite.

RUDE IGNORANT LYING OWNERApparently immediately after answering a question he finds it acceptable to hang up on someone. I returned the call to ask if he just hangs up on people after he answers a question, as i had a few more enquiriesI quote i don't need a lesson on how to run my business" so apparently hanging up on someone is a good business model!Pathetic service

Great service and Rob is a nice guy. He checked that an old swiss watch of mine still worked (free of charge) and also changed the battery in an Omega Seamaster chrono. Knows his watches and only $10 for the battery replacement. Recommended.

I have no hesitation in recommending Crows Nest Pawn Shop .... when needed.Much better then running up debt on credit cards .... which suits me fine

I use to spend money here but the shop has several discriminatory signs out the front now which is keeping us away. Not a fan of this and they are not necessary. Keep your hate speech to your self.
