Food is below average and expensive considering the quality (I have edited this to clarify, if you cant get the eggs right why am I paying so much?). Have been here a few times and each time have asked for runny eggs and they never get it right. Coffee is hit-and-miss. Sometimes it’s passable, sometimes it’s burnt. Service also needs improvement. More often than not staff don’t seem very happy (after a few visits I've only had one upbeat waiter/waitress - they are also new staff from my recent experience)

If you are a mushrooms lover come here. It is not the classic mushrooms. The coffee, tea and juices have good presentation and taste.

Cute spot that gets pretty busy on the weekend. Highly recommend the XO chilli scramble - best mushroom scrambled eggs ever! Packed full of flavour and just so delicious.

My favourite local place for coffee and pastry. I do find that when I drink coffee in, it is better than the one done for take away though. Staff is friendly and food is pretty good. My favourite is eggs with mushrooms.

The food was great but it was very expensive. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and a coffee and paid around $30 per person. However food was amazing, perfect hash brown, well cooked bacon and a perfect runny fried egg. Delicious siracha mayo made the dish worth it.

Summary: Skip it. Go to Ramsey’s Cafe instead, which is literally 200m across the road as this cafe is more consistent with coffee, fantastic food, quieter and sunny atmosphere.It was good, just average. Coffee is inconsistent as it is sometimes bitter/burnt (I’ve been here 5 times within the past 14 months so my review isn’t based on one occasion). Food options are typical basic cafe, not much creativity in the menu. The food was good and came out as expected.Edit to respond to owner: I don’t want to give you my email or get a free coffee from you, so you can prepare for my visit and make it all pristine. I want to know that if I come in on any random occasion, I will have a great and consistent experience, which is what I did not get on the many occasions I have visited (and gladly paid for the inconsistent experience). Lord knows how you treat your staff if you find it hard to accept any feedback, and want to remove my very valid experience at your cafe. And I’ve given you a 3/5 stars! Not even 2 or below lol

Pleasant place, nice coffee and few slightly different food options on the menu, a little fusion menu. Dog friendly too with approximately 3tables outside, but probably better on a sunny day, otherwise can be too wet for one’s fur babies.

Stellar. Absolutely killer breakfast - pancakes (gigantic), bangers and beans, and the eggs benni all 10/10. Service as good as the food. Can see why it’s one of the best in the area.

Dropped by for a quick lunch. Friendly staff, the environment was relaxing and chilled, and the food was nice.
