Beware! These people will use underhand bullying tactics to ensure they get their bonus points from the government. I was forced onto work for the dole - at one month away from age 65! I was told by the older male consultant" that there was no alternative as putting me on a course to fulfil my annual activity requirement would be a waste of resources because I was too close to pension age in a year's time to be able to make use of what I studied. I was given two days to decide yes or no

Beware These places don't care at all about helping you get into the work force nor do they care for your mental health just push you into work for the dole!

This place is disgusting the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful no experience and no customer service .they will do the bare minimum to help and are extremely lazy and unwilling to help unless somehow they get something in return please don't go to this office u will be very disappointed if I could do no stars I would

INCOMPETENT staff at this office. Missed appointments, IT systems failures and worst of all my wife's profile had that she is waiting for drug and alcohol treatment"! When she complained and wanted to take a photo they said no and switched the screen off. My wife is dead against drugs and drinks alcohol 2 or 3 times a year. No wonder Centrelink farms out this work so there's no freedom of information access to career damaging
