Don't seem to care to much about selling stock. Was after a $1400 STIEBEL ELTRON hot water system with the additional wireless remote that you can buy with the unit. This wasn't on their website so I asked the question about how much to get it as well etc. Was told we don't get anything not listed on the website or special orders. So the only remote offered by Stiebel works with every one of their units, but apparently it isn't worth getting to plumbingsales. Lost me as a customer. And wondering why they are a STIEBEL ELTRON reseller if they can't supply the one extra remote someone might want.

Great range and prices. Delivery is very fast as it appears that most items are stocked onsite. A few other plumbing supply companies do not seem to have all items physically available onsite. Easy Website to use, and have never had any issues in purchasing from this company. Give them a try. Use them once, and they will become your go-to company for plumbing accessories.

Incredible customer service - I'm amazed! I asked a question by email and got a response in 5 mins. I placed my first order at 11:49am Monday and it arrived (Dandenong VIC to outskirts of Sydney) at 11:30am Tuesday. And did I mention they have the lowest prices?

The part that I was sold (a 15mm tee adaptor) did not come with the appropriate washer.When asked, I was told this was available as a separate order, with a minimum purchase of 20 and I would have to pay shipping again.I was told I might be able to get it from Bunnings, but was not given enough information to determine which was correct.I've ended up throwing the part - cheers.

Outsanding customer service.Purchased a couple of wooden toilet seats. Super fast shipping and delivery. Items were packaged securely, original packaging factory sealed and no visible signs of any damage. One of the seats was very badly damaged and was clearly a manufacturing fault that got through QC.Sent an email to Plumbing Sales on Sunday afternoon with a photo of the damage, and they responded on Monday advising that they had shipped a replacement which arrived on Tuesday. Also, there was no need for the hassle of returning the damaged item, so I disposed of it.Amazing service on all counts. Highly recommended.
