Absolutely love my new clothesline. Was starting to worry i wouldnt find one in the size needed. Then the clothesline store sight popped up. Speedy and efficient delivery. Absolutely love it. Decent price. Highly reccomend

I am so disappointed in the obfuscation from Lifestyle Clotheslines. I bought 3 lines and the lathes have warped and leached tannins in to my Frette sheets. They suggest that it is mould and they have referred this matter to their parent company in the UK who suggest that i don't use the lines too often" to allow the wood to dry. I use the lines irregularly anyway and this is not the issue. They won't cover shipping if i return the lines. All in all this has been a very frustrating process and this is a very inferior product and they have not offered to replace the lathes which would have been simple and an easy solution months ago. So in frustration i advised Lifestyle that i would write a google review if they could not attend to my problem in a timely fashion. Bought a new property and was sick of using clothes horses... Had plenty of space so splashed out on a large Hills Hoist. Website was easy to use and see options, even though the order was placed just before Christmas, shipping was relatively quick. Would have liked an email saying when dispatch was going to be, rang up to find out what was going on, they answered my questions and dispatched the next day.

Have not received my Austral Addaline clothesline, despite ordering a month ago. Their website says When you place an order...as a general rule we make every effort to have most orders delivered within 2-9 working days from date of order depending on your location within Australia and the product purchased."We are in metro Melbourne.When I contacted them via email 10 days ago

Had a missed call from a 04 number with no caller ID so I gave it a call back. Turns out it was Gary from Lifestyle Clotheslines.I recently purchased a new home and among the many people I'd been calling (locksmiths, painters etc) I had contacted 3 clothesline companies.So yeah Gary said if I could send over some photos he'd be able to take a look. I asked how to get them over and he said and I quote well if you had listened to my voicemail

So happy with my 3m fold down.Spot on from prompt delivery, instructions for assembly and fastening choices.So glad I went with Lifestyle clothlines.Got the 3m wide version to hang our king sized sheets.Most hardware stores don't carry this size.

This is the worst company to deal with. Don’t confuse Lifestyle Clothesline Kirrawee with ECO CLOTHESLINE.Lifestyle have appalling customer service. There were 3 attempts to have my line delivered. First attempt they lost the parcel completely, second attempt it arrived so damaged my cleaner refused to accept it, last attempt the dropped it near the street so of course it was taken. I gave no authority to leave.Finally I have given up after first placing my order in February !WHAT A JOKE!

It's a delight to recommend this well-run small business. They can deliver and install from a wide range of products and will recommend the best product for your needs. Gary and his team communicated promptly and thoroughly, delivered and installed our Austral Compact 28 line into our small backyard with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner.
