Can highly recommend this great little bike store who provided an honest appraisal of what might be ailing my bike and fixed the problem promptly and without over charging. Fantastic and friendly service and would definitely take any future bike related business to them. Most impressed!

Had a really good experience here with an unexpected bike repair. No overcharging for parts not required (gearing). Prompt and friendly service, good price. Will be going back for regular servicing.

I did my work experience here and it was great, all the staff were friendly and watching them do repairs and build the bikes was a great experience. Even as someone who. Has little knowledge of bikes I could tell just how skilled they are at what they do.

Highly recommend. All of the staff that assisted us were great, especially the owner.It is always nice when the owner is still invested in making sure their customers are happy.. and he did a fantastic job.We went to a few different bike stores first and were disappointed with all of them.This one had a great selection with reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff.Since we needed way to get the bikes back, we got a trunk mounted bike rack. David helped us fit it to the car, helped get it set up for our bikes and even gave us a bunch of tips on things to protect the bikes and the car.He spent quite a bit of time making sure everything was set for us and never made us feel like he was rushed or too busy to assist.I would give this place my highest recommendation and would happily refer friends here.

I took my bike (Giant TCR2) bought from there in 2001 after a crash ripped the rear derailleur dropout from its mount. They supplied the part which was in stock at a price below ebay and other stores and drilled out the old bolt and tapped a new thread without charging me. The owner Hans also had a really good chat to me about the history of the store. I left there very impressed with the service and with a good feeling!

I recently took my 'wall art' mountain bike out to the trails after 15 years of non-use. Steve at Bicycle Workshop provided outstanding service in getting me going again - sharing his views and experience, without being pushy or rushing to make a sale. During the bike service he was able to get my gears shifting correctly (which they had never done when I was riding regularly). He has also done a quick chain repair for me just before closing. I have since bought a number pieces to keep me on the trails. It's service like this that will make this my regular bike shop.

These guys are really good, I've been to a few bike stores in the area and these guys are the best by far.They are also very reasonably priced! I will continue to travel here rather then use local guys in my area.

Needed help/special tools to remove rear sprocket on my sons' single speed cassette. Guy in the store said he would have a look at it and after a moment he came back and job all done. Upon asking how much he replied gratis. Had to ask again to make sure I understood. At a time where it seems everyone is putting their hand in your pocket I found this simple act so refreshing. I wish the young man in question all the good fortune possible.
