Since Torrens took over the transport contract from Southlink there have been more no show and late busses than before including drivers leaving from the incorrect stop and missing their first pick ups.

Good luck getting any of the drivers to stick to the timetable.Buses that dont show up 25mins late or not at all. Buses that go early through the timed stops.Worst bus service around

The buses are always late the drivers either don't know where they are going or they forget to stop for or pick up passengers they miss passengers leaving them stranded at bus stops or forgetting to stop at a requested stop after the passenger has pressed the stop button southlink was nothing like this they should bring back southlink a much more reliable service

The 400 Bus Route is one of the worst Bus Route out as the Drivers never on time they make the9r own times when to arrive and when they depart at the same time most have no respect for the customers especially ones with Prams and walking frames as they make it hard for them to get on and get off worst service out really needs to be looked at properly

The staff well the lady at the front desk is absolutely beautiful and love little person she was very helpful and when I went in to pick up my lost phone she had actually charged it and all for me I was so very very impressed and thankfully because my phone was fully charged she was an legend and lifesaver that day.. 10/10

Torrens are ok but some of the drivers are just plain rude and don't have any manners nor have any respect for people with a disabilities or elderly that want to board the bus don't bother pulling right in stop where some poor old sole been forced to navigate a big gap from the bus stop and the bus because the driver can't be bothered pulling right in. Same problem with the Artic buses the don't always pull right in and there back end sticking out it's enough to cause other motorists annoyance because some bus drivers carelessness.
