I'm from Melbourne visiting my Mum and Nanna. I came to this store to make a purchase on behalf of my Mum and ended up buying a few gifts for some of my very good friends. The service I was provided was incredible and so many genuine thought out suggestions were made into what I was looking to purchase. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy anything I didn't need. Also, I ended up purchasing a membership card as I intend to shop primarily at this store in the future.

The sound healing experience that Jules and Rob from Phoenix Alternative in Ballarat create is absolutely beautiful!From my very first time I became hooked and now make sure I go every month... I couldn’t recommend highly enough, all of the team at Phoenix are second to none and their services are so beautiful run. We attend sound healing often and are regular visitors and customers in store - always leave feeling warm, welcome and with my cup full!

Have had a grim start to 2023 and I have been able to find my way through the dark through this shop. Would not have been able to get to where I am now without the guidance of Jenae she is an amazing tarot reader. The other staff are always amazing, helpful and advised me in what products I can get to shift the emotions and thoughts that I had to work through to get myself back to the drawing board to start all over again. Literally nothing else was helping me except visiting here twice, getting readings and using some crystals, special candles and healing sprays

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They are all so lovely and helpful. Calming and supportive. I go to the meditation and sound baths and I find they ground me even though I have a lot to still learn in my calming journey I know I am supported well with Julie and the staff at Phoenix. Personally found the shopping experience aesthetically pleasing as it had a clean finish unlike some other shops i had been to. Thats not to mention the quality of products that are there on-top of the amount of variety aswell. The people are all warm friendly and nice which creates a positive environment. Would definitely recommend visiting.

I just want to share my appreciation to, and for Julie and Rob of Phoenix Alternative, Ballarat, for providing a totally unique experience each month with their Sound Healing Sessions.My Experience for the past few years is that everyone always is warmly welcomed and individually focused on throughout the session up until we each walk out the door. I've truly never experienced anything like it before, understanding that never are any two sessions experienced the same. Everyone's experience is unique which is interesting to hear.Hubby and I look forward to our monthly selfcare treats.
